Chapter VIII

1
And after these things, when Artaxerxes the king of the Persians reigned, came Esdras [the son] of Azaraias, the son of Zechrias, the son of Helchias, the son of Salum,
καὶ μεταγενέστερος τούτων βασιλεύοντος Ἀρταξέρξου τοῦ Περσῶν βασιλέως προσέβη Εσδρας Σαραιου τοῦ Εζεριου τοῦ Χελκιου τοῦ Σαλημου

the son of Sadduc, the son of Achitob, the son of Amarias, the son of Ozias, the son of Boccas, the son of Abisai, the son of Phinees, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the chief priest.
